Homemade Mayonnaise- No sugar, healthy fats
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 cup avocado oil
Put one egg in a glass cup with about 3 inch circumference. Add lemon juice, salt, mustard and vinegar. Pour in 1 cup of avocado oil.
Use an emulsifier. Put it in the cup and turn on when it is at the bottom of the cup. Move up and down as it creates a creamy mayonnaise. Serve.
Stays good in fridge for 3-4 days.
