What is your occupation?

How do you like to stay active?

I have two English Pointers, who keep me moving. I love taking them on trail runs along the Ice Age and North Country National Scenic Trails. They give me confidence to explore new sections of trail and it’s so much fun to watch them work.

Who is someone that you admire?

My mom - She took a big leap starting over later in life. She has tackled learning all kinds of home improvement skills, become a small business owner, volunteers in the arts, politics and early education - and just plain dives in to any challenge that she sets her mind to.

What advice do you have for someone trying to find adventure in their life?

The greatest sense of accomplishments that I get are from achieving things that intimidate me. Each time it takes a leap of faith - but these days there’s so many ways to connect with others that are working towards the same goals. Facebook groups, Instagram and Reddit have been invaluable resources to build a network of strong, amazing women who support the craziest of dreams.

I value adventure and good friends.
