What is your favorite way to stay active?

I like too many things to have a favorite, but I think most people can tell that running is my true love and that I'm also passionate about climbing, mountaineering, martial arts, and cross-training at the gym.

Who is someone that you look up to and why?

I look up to my son. He is the happiest, sweetest, funniest, and most creative person that I know!

What advice would you give someone looking for adventure in their lives?

You don't need to wait for the perfect time or circumstances to get out there and chase your dreams.
