I agree to the Crew Boss Arizona Running Adventure Waiver *

I know that running a trail race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of Crew Boss officials relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, becoming lost, injuries or illness from animals, disease, or plants, the effects of weather and all risks associated with event participation. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of you accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the all government agencies in the State of Arizona, Kaleb Stephens, Michele Hartwig, Irene Kok, volunteers and agents, all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. This event denies entry to anyone that has had a protection order keeping them from the RD, or any volunteer or Crew Boss official. If you know you fall in this category, do not register- we will not issue you a refund and will deny entry. Athletes who do not follow rules, general good sportsmanship or guidelines put forth by the Crew Boss will face potential in-eligibility for future events. The Crew Boss Team and their contracted partners, including photographers, reserve the right to use photos taken during the event for webcast, current and future promotion online and in social media. I understand that registration fees are not refundable under any circumstance, registrations are not transferable to other participants or to a future years event. Please consider these factors carefully before completing your registration.
